No. I am on inactive status with the Kansas Supreme Court and do not represent anyone in the traditional way active practicing attorneys do. My "practice" is limited solely to work as a research and writing attorney for other attorneys. I attend CLE classes in which I am interested or are relevant to current projects, and review Kansas, Missouri and Nevada advance sheets. |
