While I am not a practicing attorney, I was a general practitioner for ten years.  I have an attorney's experience, education, training and law license, even though I am now on inactive status.  As such, I simply know more than a clerk or paralegal, and can perform the research and writing services you need more rapidly and confidently.  All the work I do is subject to your review.  You don't have to mentor and guide as you would a law clerk or paralegal.  You can bill your client for my services at your own hourly rate, but you can't with a law clerk.  How you bill your client for my freelance services is your business.  A law clerk costs you money; I help you make money.
